- Fit-gap analysis of ATOM software and client's business processes.
- Identification and analysis of areas requiring intervention and customization.
- Client sign-off on the analysis and identification of modifications, module amendments, custom programs, custom reports. This step will provide the framework for the configuration setup.

The aim of Big Ben's Process Improvement Methodology is to bridge the gap between operations and information systems (IS).
